Introduction & Eligibility

This document forms a legally binding agreement between g688 and the user.

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the g688 platform and all its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

g688 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.2 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account and use services at g688, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must be at least 21 years old (for 21+ only).
  • You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
  • You are playing in your own name and with your own funds.
  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and up to date.
  • You have not previously been banned from g688 for any reason.
Important: g688 may request necessary documents for age or identity verification at any time. Withdrawal may be suspended until verification is complete.

Account Rules

Only one account per user is permitted.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account at g688. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, name, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will be considered multi-accounting.

If multi-accounting is detected, the additional accounts will be closed immediately and any balance or winnings in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security & Password

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Keep your password strong and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

  • Lending or selling your account to a third party is prohibited.
  • Playing through another person's account is prohibited.
  • Accounts are non-transferable.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

g688 may verify the identity of any user when necessary. A copy of a national ID or passport, confirmation of payment method, and similar documents may be requested. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily restricted.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits at g688 are currently available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳100.

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact the support team. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted — deposits must be made from your own registered payment account.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a successful request, funds are generally sent within 1 hour. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.
  • If fraud or unusual activity is suspected, g688 may place a hold on the withdrawal.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions at g688 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). g688 is not responsible for any losses due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Bonuses & Promotions

Terms for using bonuses and wagering requirements.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at g688 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
  • Deposit ৳16,000 and the bonus is capped at ৳15,000 → total balance ৳31,000.

A 15x wagering requirement must be completed on winnings from the bonus before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 in bets must be placed.

Please note: Accepting a bonus is optional. You can play with your regular balance without taking a bonus, and no wagering requirements will apply in that case.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time, unless explicitly permitted.
  • Bonuses may only be used on eligible games; the list of eligible games is stated on the offer page.
  • Bonuses cannot be converted to cash; only winnings after the wagering requirements are met are eligible for withdrawal.
  • If bonus fraud is found, g688 reserves the right to close the account.

4.3 VIP Program

g688 has three VIP tiers for regular players:

  • Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
  • Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%.

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gaming activity. Each tier comes with additional benefits and priority service.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes & RNG

All games at g688 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every outcome completely random and unpredictable. No player or employee can control or manipulate game results.

5.2 Technical Errors & Disputes

If a game result is incorrect due to a technical issue, g688 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. Any abnormal gains or losses displayed as a result of a technical error will not be considered valid.

Any dispute regarding a game or payout must be reported to the support team within 30 days. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at g688:

  • Abusing the bonus system or attempting to exploit bonuses by any means.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical means.
  • Attempting to defraud the system by colluding with other players.
  • Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
  • Deliberately exploiting any bug or vulnerability in a game or the platform.
Consequences: If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming & Limits

g688 places the highest priority on players' mental well-being and financial protection.

6.1 Voluntary Limit Setting

g688 players can set their own deposit limits, betting limits, or session time limits. Contact our support team to use these features.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

Any player may choose to exclude themselves from g688 for a set period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion request is activated, the account cannot be reopened during that period.

6.3 Protection of Minors

Under no circumstances will g688's total liability exceed the amount of your actual deposits during a given period.

8.2 Service Changes & Suspension

g688 reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any game, feature, or promotion without prior notice. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance; no compensation applies for such temporary interruptions.

8.3 Severability of Terms

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective. Failure by g688 to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
